  • Produced and maintained 14 shows of high quality annually with attendance of 350,000 plus patrons.

  • Supported management and oversaw 7 departments and 5 union contracts including (IATSE, AEA, and USA).       

  • Assisted with creation and maintenance of annual production operating budget of almost 4 million dollars.

  • Managed productions for 2 separate venues, an 1,110 seat proscenium theatre, and an 80 seat raw space.

  • Developed and utilized tools to better track budgets and union employee work hours.

  • Scheduled and ran rehearsals, making sure everyone involved was notified when and where they were needed.
